About the Owner

Currently, Tsion runs three adult-family homes and has maintained a strong reputation with DSHS. Family feedback from a patient's home communicates with a highly satisfied clientele.

Together with its dedicated team that is committed to enhancing the lives of our residents, the owner:

  • Provided care for the most vulnerable members of our society, including persons with challenging behaviors, physical and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and the elderly.
  • Assisted clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, body care, walking and mobility.
  • Planned and provided nutritious meals for clients.
  • Assisted with medication administration.
  • Provided supervision to residents with challenging behaviors or at risk of falls.
  • Screened and hired responsible, dependable, and qualified staff members.
  • Ensured adequate to meet all resident needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Provided staff orientation and ongoing staff support and training.
  • Maintained all adult family home records in compliance with HIPAA and PHI laws.
