Currently, Tsion runs three adult-family homes and has maintained a strong reputation with DSHS. Family feedback from a patient’s home communicates with a highly satisfied clientele.
Together with its dedicated team that is committed to enhancing the lives of our residents, the owner:
- Provided care for the most vulnerable members of our society, including persons with challenging behaviors, physical and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and the elderly.
- Assisted clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, body care, walking and mobility.
- Planned and provided nutritious meals for clients.
- Assisted with medication administration.
- Provided supervision to residents with challenging behaviors or at risk of falls.
- Screened and hired responsible, dependable, and qualified staff members.
- Ensured adequate to meet all resident needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Provided staff orientation and ongoing staff support and training.
- Maintained all adult family home records in compliance with HIPAA and PHI laws.

- Monitored patients' mental and emotional condition; frequently assessed potential safety concerns and provided appropriate precautions.
- Treated patients with substance abuse/addiction disorders, mood disorders, depressive disorders, psychotic disorders, attention deficit disorders, eating disorders, and neurodegenerative and behavioral disorders.
- Conducted full physical assessments upon admission and throughout the patient’s stay in the inpatient unit.
- Used therapeutic communication to maximize positive patient outcomes.
- Communicated with physicians accurately to obtain medication intervention before escalation of behavior.
- Coordinated admissions and discharges.
